From the Heart of Bali
to the Ocean Depths

THE PROGRAM

The Real Bali

Twelve days beyond the tourist trail. Sacred temples at sunrise, hidden waterfalls, freediving in crystal waters — and the silence that changes everything.

This is not a vacation. This is a meeting with yourself.

The Journey

12 Days of Pristine Bali Nature

We’re going where there are no traffic jams, no crowds, and no rush — so you can simply be in the moment, without schedules or obligations.

The experience you receive in the pristine north of Bali and underwater doesn’t end with your return ticket. You’ll feel your body releasing long-held tension and your thoughts finally becoming quiet.

This state of calm confidence and alive energy will stay with you long after you return home.

You’ll bring back not only beautiful memories, but a real, practical skill of deep relaxation that you can use in any situation in life.

Who Is This Journey For?

Intention

Who Is This Journey For?

For those who want to trade the endless noise of tasks and deadlines for the silence of the ocean. We will turn freediving into a skill of deep relaxation — one you’ll take back into your everyday life as a new neural pathway.

For those who have outgrown package tourism and are looking for “their own” Bali — without traffic jams or templates. You’ll experience the aesthetics of untouched nature, authentic places, and people whose openness will rewire your inner settings.

For those who need physical proof of their own strength. By walking the path from fear of water to free immersion, you will gain a new inner foundation: if you can negotiate with the ocean, you can handle anything.

Ubud & North East - Bali

Day 1

Welcome to Bali

You'll be met at the airport like close friends — with a welcome sign and your mobile connection already set up. We head to Ubud, to our hotel tucked away amidst rice paddies and jungle.

Today is all about relaxation and a warm group dinner in an atmospheric spot, allowing you to catch your breath and get into the flow.

Day 2

Purification and Stillness

Before diving into the depths, one must release all tension. We journey to a sacred spring in the jungle, where a monk performs the Melukat purification ritual.

The evening concludes with a full-body massage and total relaxation in a flower bath. Your body needs to remember what true peace feels like.

Day 3

The Power of the North

We leave the traffic and crowds behind. Our journey north takes us through an ancient forest of 700-year-old trees, inhabited only by monkeys.

Then to a powerful waterfall whose sheer force literally clears all the noise from your head. We finish at a lakeside temple, surrounded by centuries-old hills.

Day 4

Dancing with Dolphins

Sunrise in the open sea. We swim with pods of dolphins in their natural habitat — you hold onto the boat's towing bar and glide underwater, watching these free spirits soar beneath you.

Afterwards, our first snorkeling session on the reef before hitting the road to my personal favorite — Amed.

Day 5

Life at the Volcano's Foot

Welcome to the place that changed my life forever. Here, the sun is the first on the entire island to rise over the ocean.

Today, we simply live: chilling on black volcanic sand, snorkeling with turtles right off the shore, and watching the sunset to live music with a stunning view of Mount Agung.

Day 6

Meeting Your Fear

Start your freediving journey with a seasoned instructor (10+ years of practice). We explore the science of how your body reacts to holding its breath.

Having once been afraid of the water myself, I'll be right there with you as we learn to balance our breath and find security. Today, we stop the "internal dialogue."

Day 7

Grace in Motion

Morning begins with yoga to prime the body. We practice rowing "from the hip" for organic, graceful movement underwater.

The first descent along the rope is magical — it lets you stop struggling and just sink into the stillness, suspended in the feeling of being "right here, right now."

Day 8

Mastering the Depth

Today, we're going down to 15 meters. We refine your duck dive and practice the most vital skill: buddy rescue.

This is the day a new neural connection is formed — when the body is relaxed, the pressure fades, and you become one with the ocean. We capture those breathtaking videos of you in the deep blue.

Day 9

Balinese Hawaii

We head to Virgin Beach — a bay with turquoise waters and untouched nature. For lunch, the tenderest grilled fish, freshly caught by local fishermen.

In the evening, we ascend to Lahangan Sweet viewpoint to watch the clouds drift below the peaks as the sun sets behind Mount Agung.

Day 10

The Liberty Wreck

Explore the famous Liberty shipwreck, where the top sits just 3 meters below the surface. Overgrown with corals and swarming with tropical fish.

The perfect backdrop for photos of you gliding through sunlit ruins. In the evening: a sauna facing the volcano followed by an ice bath.

Day 11

Lighthouse Sunrise

We meet the sun at the lighthouse as the entire world turns shades of pink.

Our farewell dinner will be held at a scenic restaurant by the sound of the waves — a time to realize that you are not the same people who started this journey.

Day 12

Farewell to the Island

Breakfast with an ocean view, followed by final packing. Our comfortable minibus takes you to the airport (a 3-hour journey).

You're taking home more than just gigabytes of content; you're carrying a newfound ability to relax and trust — a feeling that will stay with you forever.
