THE PROGRAM
A 12-day adventure away from tourist noise. Sacred springs, hidden waterfalls in the north, and gentle practice in a calm ocean. This is not just a vacation.
It is a chance to fully switch off control and reset a tired mind.
The Journey
From misty mountains and emerald rice terraces to volcanic beaches, a lighthouse at the edge of the world, and mystical shipwrecks beneath the waves.
It is a synergy of impeccable aesthetics, premium service, and a personal challenge through freediving. On a single breath, you will learn to trade control for trust, discovering a sense of inner grounding and relaxation that simply cannot be found in the city.
Intention
For those who want to trade the endless noise of tasks and deadlines for the silence of the ocean. We will turn freediving into a skill of deep relaxation — one you’ll take back into your everyday life as a new neural pathway.
For those who have outgrown package tourism and are looking for “their own” Bali — without traffic jams or templates. You’ll experience the aesthetics of untouched nature, authentic places, and people whose openness will rewire your inner settings.
For those who need physical proof of their own strength. By walking the path from fear of water to free immersion, you will gain a new inner foundation: if you can negotiate with the ocean, you can handle anything.
23 Aug–3 Sept · 13–24 Sept · 27 Sept–8 Oct
Day 1
You'll be met at the airport like close friends — with a welcome sign and your mobile connection already set up. We head to Ubud, to our hotel tucked away amidst rice paddies and jungle.
Today is all about relaxation and a warm group dinner in an atmospheric spot, allowing you to catch your breath and get into the flow.
Day 2
Before diving into the depths, one must release all tension. We journey to a sacred spring in the jungle, where a monk performs the Melukat purification ritual.
The evening concludes with a full-body massage and total relaxation in a flower bath. Your body needs to remember what true peace feels like.
Day 3
Our journey to the north begins with a touch of eternity — the 700-year-old giant Bayan tree, whose roots form a natural labyrinth. From there, we continue to the emerald rice terraces of Jatiluwih.
We cross the mountains, descend into a deep gorge to reach powerful waterfalls, and by sunset settle into a hotel right on the seashore.
Day 4
Sunrise in the open sea. We swim with pods of dolphins in their natural habitat — you hold onto the boat's towing bar and glide underwater, watching these free spirits soar beneath you.
Afterwards, our first snorkeling session on the reef before hitting the road to my personal favorite — Amed.
Day 5
Welcome to the place that changed my life forever. Here, the sun is the first on the entire island to rise over the ocean.
Today, we simply live: chilling on black volcanic sand, snorkeling with turtles right off the shore, and watching the sunset to live music with a stunning view of Mount Agung.
Day 6
Start your freediving journey with a seasoned instructor (10+ years of practice). We explore the science of how your body reacts to holding its breath.
Having once been afraid of the water myself, I'll be right there with you as we learn to balance our breath and find security. Today, we stop the "internal dialogue."
Day 7
Morning begins with yoga to prime the body. We practice rowing "from the hip" for organic, graceful movement underwater.
The first descent along the rope is magical — it lets you stop struggling and just sink into the stillness, suspended in the feeling of being "right here, right now."
Day 8
Today, we're going down to 15 meters. We refine your duck dive and practice the most vital skill: buddy rescue.
This is the day a new neural connection is formed — when the body is relaxed, the pressure fades, and you become one with the ocean. We capture those breathtaking videos of you in the deep blue.
Day 9
We head to Virgin Beach — a bay with turquoise waters and untouched nature. For lunch, the tenderest grilled fish, freshly caught by local fishermen.
In the evening, we ascend to Lahangan Sweet viewpoint to watch the clouds drift below the peaks as the sun sets behind Mount Agung.
Day 10
Diving at the legendary USAT Liberty. The highest part of the ship is just 3 meters from the surface, completely overgrown with coral and teeming with schools of fish.
We will capture shots of you gliding through the wreckage in the sunbeams. In the evening—a sauna with a view of the volcano and an ice bath.
Day 11
We meet the sun at the lighthouse as the entire world turns shades of pink.
Our farewell dinner will be held at a scenic restaurant by the sound of the waves — a time to realize that you are not the same people who started this journey.
Day 12
Breakfast and final packing. Our comfortable transfer will take you to the airport.
You take home more than just gigabytes of content and a renewed zest for life; you carry with you the ability to relax and trust—a skill that will stay with you forever.
Included
I want you to arrive without solving a thousand little things on your own. We take care of the route, the movement, the places, the water, the body — so you can exhale and actually be there.
Not Included
Let's be honest: it feels calmer when the boundaries are clear from the beginning. These costs are separate, so you can choose your pace, comfort, and extras consciously.

No, the program is designed for complete beginners. If you can stay afloat and have no serious medical contraindications (heart or lung issues), that’s enough. We’ll start with the basics of relaxation and only go deeper once you’re truly ready.
This tour is perfect for those who want to overcome their fear. I myself was afraid of water for a long time and went through this journey, so I know how to gently and safely guide you through it. We’re not chasing records — we’re learning to trust ourselves.
It’s fresh in the north; in the mountains it can be cool and you might want a shirt, but at the waterfalls it’s warm and comfortable for swimming and standing under the water. On the northern coast it’s just as hot as everywhere else in Bali.
Freediving is one of the safest water activities when rules are followed. We work with certified instructors, use professional equipment, and never dive alone. Your safety and comfort are my top priority.
$350 for food (for a woman), $400-450 (for a man). $300 for shopping, souvenirs, and massages outside the program. $100 if you want to see the shipwreck with scuba diving, and $35 for the visa. Bring more if you plan to buy alcohol or visit spas frequently.
People who value sincerity, depth, and active travel come with me. These are entrepreneurs, creative professionals, and those seeking meaning beyond beach clubs. We carefully form the group so everyone feels comfortable being themselves.
Experience
A unique freediving experience. Freediving training from zero to confident dives up to 15 meters deep.
